SHIPPING POLICY

We offer both Standard and Express shipping options with prices varying based on your location. For an accurate cost of Express Shipping to your specific location, please reach out to us. Deliveries are conducted through Australia Post.

Please ensure the accuracy of your provided information, including the delivery address. Larger Millinery items will be shipped in a shipping box rather than a traditional hat box. Millinery by Lisa Maree cannot be held liable for any loss or damage during shipping, including Shipping Delays.

For international orders, the purchaser is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, general sales tax, value-added tax, or import tariffs imposed by the customs authorities of the importing country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return are only available under the condition where item does not match description, wrong item has been delivered or if the item is deemed faulty. For any return contact with Millinery by Lisa Maree must be made within 24 hours of receiving product and each order will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of the business to deem if a refund will be provided. All postage costs will be paid by the customer and items must be returned in saleable unworn condition before exchange can be authorised. A store credit can be provided for a return to the value of the item purchased not including postage costs.
